Our Story
Welcome to Eyes Up Training Limited! Our journey began with the transformative experience of our director, Sven Lauch. In 2017, Sven faced a profound mental and emotional breakdown—a challenge so intense that it brought him to the brink of despair. In his quest for healing, he discovered the evidence-based approach of Emotional Logic. This powerful method not only provided him with tools to process difficult emotions but also equipped him with the language to express himself with empathy and compassion.
Through dedicated practice and adaptation of these techniques, Sven experienced a significant shift in his emotional intelligence and discovered the power of his life story. Within just a year, he achieved a sense of belonging and self-acceptance that he had never known before. This journey of healing radiated beyond Sven, positively impacting his wife, friends, and eventually, his parents.
This inspiring transformation ignited Sven’s passion for emotional intelligence as a fundamental building block for inner healing—one that naturally extends to those around us. Combined with his 30 years of experience in training, tutoring, and public speaking, this led Sven to become an accredited Emotional Logic coach and establish Eyes Up Training Limited.
Since 2024, we have dedicated our focus to high-stress work environments where individuals face secondary trauma as part of their roles.
